Dr. Chike Madueke is a Scientist, an Engineer, and a Management Practitioner. He has a cross-disciplinary training from the Universities of Ibadan, Nigeria, Manchester, England and Lagos, Nigeria. Chike acquired his post-experience training in engineering and management at Suzuki plants in Hamamatsu and Toyokawa, Japan. He also received Professional and Executive Education at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford. Madueke is an expert in Production, Enterprise Management, Technology Innovation Policy, and Project Management.
A proponent of Lean Concept and a leader in Organizational Transformation, Dr. Chike Madueke has received acclaimed recognition for his contributions to the development of Industries and Technology both in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. These including a Merit Award from the United Nation Industrial Development Organisation, UNIDO and the National Productivity Order of Merit–NPOM, from the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Chike Madueke is the Chief Executive of Indev Group and a resource person to the Federal and State governments, MDAs and blue-chip companies around the world. He is a member of the Board of Directors of up to ten organisations and sits in the Governing Council of two Universities in Nigeria. He has worked in the Presidency under four heads of state in advisory capacities in the areas of Science, Engineering, Technology, and Power. Lately, he was the Senior Advisor on National Integrated Power Projects in Nigeria at the Presidency and the UK’s DFID.
An advocate for industrial proliferation and change management, Dr. Madueke flourishes in the development of projects and the enhancement of organisations and enterprises. He is married to Dr. Leila Madueke and they have four children who attended the Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja, Nigeria.
